Distrbutor FAQs

Interested in distributing Padluxe in your state, city, or market? These frequently asked questions cover onboarding, bulk ordering, pricing, territory management, retailer development, merchandising support, marketing, logistics, and customer complaints.

Getting Started

Established wholesalers, FMCG distributors, pharmaceutical distributors, consumer-goods distributors, and other businesses with the capacity to purchase, store, market, and distribute Padluxe products may apply.

Applicants may be required to provide business registration documents, operating information, warehouse details, distribution coverage, and other information required by Carpa Healthcare during the onboarding process.

Businesses interested in becoming authorized distributors should apply directly to Padluxe or Carpa Healthcare.

Applications are reviewed based on factors such as location, distribution capacity, existing customer network, storage capability, market coverage, commercial experience, and ability to support the growth of the Padluxe brand.

Yes. Depending on the commercial arrangement, an authorized distributor may be responsible for developing a defined market and supplying wholesalers, pharmacies, supermarkets, mini-marts, and other retailers.

Wholesalers typically purchase products in bulk for resale to smaller retailers within their trading network.

Specific responsibilities are determined by the commercial agreement with Carpa Healthcare.

Yes. Approved distributors may receive an authorized distributor certificate or other documentation confirming their relationship with Carpa Healthcare.

This can be presented to retailers and business customers as evidence that products are being supplied through an authorized Padluxe distribution channel.

Possibly. Distributor appointments depend on market size, geographic coverage, sales capacity, existing distribution arrangements, and the level of service required within a particular territory.

Carpa Healthcare may appoint more than one distributor in a market where additional coverage is commercially necessary.

Choose a pad length and absorbency appropriate for your menstrual flow and expected sleeping period.

The pad should be positioned securely before sleeping and changed when necessary.

For people with particularly heavy menstrual bleeding, additional protection or medical advice may sometimes be appropriate.

Ordering and Stock

Minimum order quantities depend on the distributor category, product combination, location, and applicable commercial terms.

Approved distributors will receive information on carton quantities, minimum purchase requirements, and available order configurations during onboarding.

Yes, subject to stock availability and applicable ordering requirements.

Distributors are generally encouraged to maintain a suitable mix of Padluxe Lite, Midi, and Maxi products so retailers can offer customers different pad lengths and coverage options.

Initial stock requirements should reflect your retailer network, territory size, storage capacity, expected sales volume, and restocking lead time.

It is generally better to establish a realistic opening inventory and increase subsequent orders based on actual market movement.

Distributors may reorder according to their stock requirements and applicable supply arrangements.

Good inventory planning is encouraged so that orders are placed before warehouse stock reaches levels that could cause retailer shortages.

Track sales by product variant, retailer, location, and month.

This information can be used to establish average monthly sales and determine appropriate minimum stock and reorder levels.

Distributors should also consider seasonal promotions, new retailer onboarding, and planned market activations.

Distributors should adjust subsequent purchase quantities based on observed demand.

Maintaining sales records by variant helps reduce both stockouts and excessive inventory.

Products should be stored in a clean, dry, secure, and properly maintained warehouse.

Stock should be protected from moisture, direct sunlight, excessive heat, chemicals, pests, contamination, and physical damage.

Cartons should be appropriately stacked and kept away from wet floors or areas where water damage may occur.

Phthalates are a family of chemicals, some of which have historically been used to make plastics more flexible.

Certain phthalates—including DEHP, DBP, BBP and DIBP—have been restricted in several jurisdictions because of reproductive or endocrine-related concerns.

Padluxe supports minimizing unnecessary exposure to restricted phthalates in menstrual-care materials.

A sanitary pad can remain in close contact with the vulva for several hours. The area is also naturally warm and may be exposed to menstrual fluid, moisture and friction.

We therefore believe that ingredients that provide no meaningful absorbency, leakage-control or comfort benefit should be minimized where practical.

This does not mean that every chemical or synthetic material is harmful. Our approach is simply to use materials for a clear functional purpose.

Pricing and Profitability

Distributor and wholesale pricing depends on the applicable commercial arrangement, purchase quantity, product variant, logistics structure, and other agreed terms.

Approved distributors receive the applicable pricing structure directly from Carpa Healthcare.

Margins depend on purchase volume, territory operating costs, logistics expenses, retailer pricing, and the distributor's commercial arrangement with Carpa Healthcare.

Distributors should calculate their expected gross margin alongside transportation, warehousing, sales personnel, retailer incentives, and other operating costs.

Yes, padluxe has a recommended retail price. These prices are communicated to distributors during onboarding to support reasonable price consistency across the market.

Distributors should communicate applicable recommended pricing to retailers while taking legitimate regional market and logistics differences into account.

Wholesale pricing should remain consistent with the commercial terms agreed with Carpa Healthcare and any applicable channel pricing guidance.

The objective is to maintain a sustainable margin for distributors, wholesalers, and retailers while avoiding unnecessary price distortion within the market.

Volume-based incentives may be used where commercially appropriate and consistent with the distributor agreement and applicable pricing guidance.

Distributors should structure discounts carefully so that they support higher sales without creating unsustainable market pricing.

Product Information and Store Display

The Padluxe range includes multiple sanitary pad variants designed to provide different lengths, absorbency levels, and coverage options.

Current product availability and carton configurations will be communicated to distributors as part of the ordering process.

Sales representatives should understand the available Padluxe variants, pack sizes, pad lengths, basic product features, storage requirements, recommended retail positioning, and appropriate use of approved product information.

They should avoid making unsupported medical claims.

Distributors should use an appropriate First Expiry, First Out or First In, First Out inventory system based on the product information provided.

Older eligible stock should generally be dispatched before newer stock to maintain proper inventory rotation.

Yes. Maintaining records of batch numbers received and supplied can assist with product traceability and quality investigations.

Where practical, distributors should be able to identify which customers received stock from a particular batch.

Padluxe may support authorized distributors with promotional and point-of-sale materials, subject to availability and the applicable commercial program.

Materials may include desktop displays, hanging displays, shelf talkers, standing display racks, product information materials, and other retail visibility tools.

Distributors should prioritize outlets where promotional materials can generate meaningful visibility and product movement.

Factors may include retailer sales volume, store location, available display space, customer traffic, and commitment to maintaining the Padluxe display.

Yes. Distributors may submit requests for merchandising support for qualifying outlets.

Where significant retail opportunities are involved, Padluxe or Carpa Healthcare may work with the distributor to determine the appropriate type of in-store support.

Distributors should ensure displays are properly installed, kept clean, adequately stocked, and positioned in appropriate high-visibility areas.

Where possible, distributors should periodically review retail displays during sales visits and replace damaged promotional materials.

Yes. Distributor sales teams are encouraged to assist retailers with shelf positioning, product arrangement, stock rotation, point-of-sale materials, and basic product information.

Strong retail execution helps improve product visibility and makes replenishment easier to manage.

Marketing and Online Sales

Yes. Authorized distributors may promote Padluxe within their approved markets using legitimate marketing channels.

Advertising should use approved branding and accurate product information and should not contain unsupported health or medical claims.

Authorized distributors may use approved Padluxe brand assets for legitimate promotion of Padluxe products, subject to applicable brand guidelines.

Official artwork should not be altered in a way that misrepresents the product or the Padluxe brand.

Yes. Social media, WhatsApp Business, retailer groups, digital catalogues, and similar channels can be used to communicate product availability and promotions.

Distributors should use current and approved product information.

Yes, subject to the applicable distribution agreement, marketplace requirements, and relevant laws.

Products sold online must be genuine, properly stored, accurately represented, and supplied in good condition.

Returns and Customer Complaints

Inspect deliveries promptly after receipt.

Any shortages, carton damage, or other delivery concerns should be documented and reported through the appropriate Padluxe or Carpa Healthcare channel according to the applicable delivery and claims procedure.

Photographs, delivery documents, batch numbers, and quantities may be required.

Unsold stock is not automatically returnable.

Any return arrangement will depend on the applicable distributor agreement, product condition, reason for the return, and prior authorization from Carpa Healthcare.

Distributors should therefore plan purchases carefully and monitor stock movement.

Record the retailer's details, affected product, quantity, batch number, nature of the damage, purchase information, and supporting photographs where available.

The distributor should assess the issue under the applicable return procedure and escalate product-quality concerns where necessary.

Consumer complaints should be documented carefully rather than handled informally.

Record the product variant, batch number, complaint description, purchase location, relevant dates, and contact information where voluntarily provided.

Product quality or safety complaints should be escalated through the appropriate Padluxe or Carpa Healthcare channel.

Batch traceability helps identify the source and destination of specific products when investigating quality complaints or conducting other product-control activities.

Distributors should maintain sufficient purchase and sales records to support effective product traceability.
